After that run installer and follow on screen instuction to install it on your Workstation. Please note that OnlineVNC server will work as a Windows Service. To install it properly you have to run installer under Administator account.
Once the server will be installed on your computer, make sure that all goes without any errors. For this open Windows Services panel - Control Panel\System and Security\Administrative Tools\Services and find there OnlineVNC Service. Service must be installed but not running. If everything is fine, then go to the next step.
Run OnlineVNC Control Panel. For this push Windows Start button and find OnlineVNC in the All Programs list. Right-click on the OnlineVNC Control Panel and start it as Administrator as illustrated in the figure.
For now OnlineVNC Control Panel is started and you are ready to setup the basic settings for VNC configuration. First of all you need to start OnlineVNC Windows Service. For this press On/Off button on the Server (Local) tab as illustrated in the figure. If no errors have occured you may follow next step.
When OnlineVNC Service is running, you have access to the tab with server Settings. Click on the tab caption to activate it.

In front of you band with a local VNC server settings. Changing the settings are applied to the server immediately. If the setting requires restarting the server (eg changing the port number), you will be invited to this. In this step, you need change the Master Password only for security purposes. By default Master Password is "master".

To perform the first login, you must have at least one user account. For this open a table with user's accounts by clicking on an Users entry in the configuration tree, as shown in the figure.

By default, the installation program creates a user "user" with password "user" and the viewing only rights. For security reasons, further strongly recommended that you remove this user or change its password. But for now we just change the user rights to Full Access, to make available keyboard and mouse. Please note that the rights Full Access will be applied to the user if the viewer and server are on different computers. If you run the viewer and the server on the same computer, keyboard and mouse will be disabled despite the fact that the user has allowed access to them.

In the previous step, on the Settings tab you will see a field for entering Master Password. It is possible to login to the server using this password. To do this, the user name should be left blank and enter a Master Password. The Master Password allows you to log into the system with administrative rights. In this case, if in the system will be other normal users, the server breaks the connection with them with the message that the server is closed for maintenance.
Also a Master Password makes it possible to login into the system by any third-party VNC viewer - such as TightVNC, RealVNC, UltraVNC and other compatible with VNC protocol. Use Hextile encoder for this purpose.

Note: Using a Master Password is required in exceptional cases only.

You are now ready to perform the first login. To do this, open IP addresses list that are associated with your server. Activate Server (Local) tab and then click the bottom part of the button - Viewer. In the drop-down menu choose Open Viewer, as illustrated in the figure. Select required IP address. Right after that the internet browser will open a page OnlineVNC Viewer and pass required setting to this page.
Wait until the page is loaded. In the appeared dialogue fields HostName/IP and Port must be completed automaticaly. Complete the fields which are not filled. Enter user name - "user" and password - "user". Then press CONNECT button.
After passing through the stage of authentication you will see a remote desktop. The system is now configured and you may get to work.
